KELLEY MILLIGAN
Senior Evaluation Associate
Kelley Milligan, MPH, is an experienced research and evaluation specialist who has worked with tribal communities conducting health research and evaluating public health policies and programs. She has worked on research and evaluation in tribal communities on environmental health, dental health, suicide, substance use, domestic violence, adverse childhood experiences, and resilience. She has a passion for promoting health and supporting public health work through strengths-based approach and a focus on physical and mental well-being. Prior to her work with tribal communities, she worked at a county health department on public health organizational and leadership development and a national nonprofit focused on improving health outcomes among youth. Kelley earned her master’s degree in Public Health with an emphasis in environmental health from the University of Southern California and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.
